Shipping policy

Every MIKACLAY piece is handcrafted in small quantities, so we do not keep large amounts of ready-made stock.

Please allow approximately 7–12 days for production after your order is placed. Once your piece is completed, carefully inspected, and packed, it will be prepared for shipment.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service. Some remote areas may be unavailable for delivery or may require additional arrangements. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you by email to discuss available options.

For special delivery requirements or other questions, please contact us before placing your order.
