Materials

MIKACLAY pieces are handcrafted using ceramic or porcelain, with selected designs featuring glass and other decorative details.

Materials and techniques vary by design. Please refer to the individual product description for the specific materials and craftsmanship of each piece.

Care

Please handle all handmade pieces with care. Ceramic, porcelain, and glass can be fragile and may chip or break if dropped or exposed to strong impact.

For jewelry, avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, cosmetics, and household chemicals. Remove before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.

For ceramic cups and tableware, follow the care instructions provided on the individual product page. Avoid sudden temperature changes and strong impacts to help protect the piece.

When not in use, store your MIKACLAY pieces carefully in a clean, dry place.

Made to Order

Every MIKACLAY piece is handmade. After your order is placed, please allow approximately 7–10 days for your piece to be crafted before shipment.

Please note that this is the production time and does not include shipping transit time.

Because every piece is individually made by hand, slight variations in shape, size, color, pattern, texture, and finish may occur. These characteristics are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, except where required by applicable consumer law.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once received, except where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the product and its original packaging. Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Natural variations resulting from the handmade process—including slight differences in shape, dimensions, color, pattern, texture, or finish—are not considered defects.

Damage caused after delivery by accidental drops, improper handling, misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
